Audio transformers engineered for the application.
Microphone, line, isolation and matching transformers on nanocrystalline cores — from specification or sample.
From microphone input to line interface.
Every construction is designed around source and load impedance, signal level, required bandwidth and mounting constraints.
Microphone
Input transformers, balancing and galvanic isolation for low-level signal paths.
Line
Input and output transformers for studio, broadcast and Hi-End equipment.
Matching
Impedance conversion, interstage coupling and non-standard interface matching.
Isolation
Ground-loop interruption, channel isolation and audio-line balancing.
Sectional winding with controlled coupling.
Sectional geometry provides control over winding resistance, inductance and capacitive coupling. In balanced circuits, both halves are designed for closely matched parameters.

Nanocrystalline core
High permeability supports the required inductance in a compact construction. Core grade and geometry are selected for signal level and bandwidth.
Sections and screens
Sectioning and inter-winding screens can reduce parasitic capacitive coupling and shape high-frequency behaviour.
Measured result
Ratio, resistance, inductance, isolation and signal transfer are verified under defined source and load conditions.
What we need for engineering.
If some parameters are unknown, send a circuit, sample or equipment description; missing inputs can be clarified before quotation.
From requirement to repeatable batch.
Discuss an audio transformer.
Send the circuit, known impedances, level, bandwidth, dimensions and quantity. ESR will confirm feasibility and the information required for engineering.
