How we price repairs

These are starting prices. We confirm the cost after diagnosing the fault.

If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee is included in the repair price. There is no separate diagnostic charge.

If the repair does not proceed, or restoration is not technically or economically viable, the completed diagnostic work remains payable.

As a general rule, repair and materials together do not exceed 50% of the equipment's estimated value. A higher-cost repair is carried out only with your separate approval.

We normally aim to complete the initial diagnosis within 3–5 working days. This is not the repair completion time, which depends on the fault, parts availability and the complexity of the work.

Spare parts and high-cost components are charged separately unless the quote states that they are included.

For complex or rare faults, the cost is agreed with you before repair continues. Significant changes to the scope of work require further approval.

Class-D equipment, digital systems and complex circuit boards have separate rates. Please provide the model and fault details for a quotation.
